Funds will go directly to the Athletic Endowment
Account with a letter produced for the donor and the
Panther Backers to ensure both entities are given
credit for the donation.

The Athletic Department will be notified the donation
has been received.

A letter will either be Mailed (Signed by President of
University) notifying the Contributor and The Panther
Backer that the funds have been received.

The Panther Backer administrator will update the Web
site and file this information.
